PhD; completed M.Sc. and Ph.D. at the Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Skilled in data mining and multi-omics integration across genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, methylomics, and single-cell transcriptomics.
Research focus: bioinformatics of disfiguring skin diseases and androgenetic alopecia — including the pathogenesis of rosacea and androgenetic alopecia, such as the role of hair-follicle stem-cell fate decisions in androgenetic alopecia.
Published 7 SCI papers as first or co-first author in Nucleic Acids Research, Nature Communications, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Pharmacological Research, etc. Principal investigator of an NSFC Young Scientists Fund and a Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth project.
